Usage : a machine used to deposit uniform thin films to flat substrates

 - could control high rate and time

 - could decide thickness of film
 - microfabrication of oxide layer by using sol-gel method
 - more increase angular velocity(spinning rate), makes film thinner
 - thickness of film : dependence on viscosity and concentration of solution
