원리

시료의 화학물질이 녹아 있는 mobile phase을 high pressure pupm를 이용하여 일정한 유속으로 밀어 resin이 packing되어 있는 stationary phase인 column을 지나도록 하며 이 때 sample의 화학물질이 mobile phase와stationary phase에 대한 친화도에 따른 retention time의 차이를 이용한 원리를 이용.
